Prêt à Table was born from a passion for creating moments that linger long after the last bite.
In the kitchen, our team of passionate chefs draws on years of experience in some of the world’s top restaurants, crafting seasonal dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
Today, Prêt à Table continues to create experiences that go beyond the plate, where every gathering tells its own story.
To place an order, visit our website and select the desired items or call us at 514 535-0149. Please note that for delivery service, we require a minimum order of $150.
To place an order by phone or through our website, we must receive a validated and paid order no later than 11:00 AM on the business day before the delivery. Of course, it is entirely possible to place an order several days or weeks in advance. For example:
- For a delivery on Monday , the order must be validated and paid no longer than 11:00 on the previous Friday.
- For a delivery on Tuesday, the order must be validated and paid no later than 11:00 AM on the previous day, Monday.
- For a delivery on Wednesday, the order must be validated and paid no later than 11:00 AM on the previous day, Tuesday.
- For a delivery on Thursday, the order must be validated and paid no later than 11:00 AM on the previous day, Wednesday.
- For a delivery on Friday, the order must be validated and paid no later than 11:00 AM on the preceding Thursday."
To add items to an existing order, we must be notified by email and/or phone 24 hours before delivery. Maximums apply.
To remove items from an existing order, we must be notified 1 week in advanced , before delivery.
To cancel an order without charges, it is possible to do so with a one-week notice. Pass this deadline, the full amount will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel an accepted reservation if the full payment is not received on time.
We have a flate rate of 45$.
Deliveries are made between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday. The chosen delivery date and time for your order will be indicated in the confirmation email that will be sent to you. Please note that in certain situations beyond our control (weather conditions, external factors), we may be unable to make a timely delivery. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Société Traiteur cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address. Any attempt at subsequent delivery will be at the customer's expense.
Allergen-free options are available. Please refer to our allergy labels for any inquiries. However, as our company is not entirely free of allergens, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces in our dishes. Please contact customer service for more information.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). They do not include taxes or delivery fees, which will be calculated when placing the order. All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. If a price increase occurs after you have submitted an order, no price increase will affect your order if it has already been transmitted and accepted.
Payments accepted on our online store are only by credit card. We offer other payment methods to our corporate or event clientele. For more information, please contact our customer service.
We do not offer refunds on products whose return reasons are due to improper handling or storage. Once the product is no longer in our hands, it becomes the customer's responsibility to use it in a proper and suitable manner for consumption.
