Mixed sandwiches platter

Ciabatta mixed sandwich platter with a variety of chicken, beef, and vegetarian (16 half units).

Chicken: Grilled chicken with tomatoes, lettuce and our homemade smoked aoili sauce.

Beef: Short rib, caramelized onions, 
    swiss cheese and dijonnaise sauce.

Vegetarian: Eggplant, olive tapenade, roasted pepper, goat cheese , arugula, coriander and garlic.
